There are no prices in this video. I would have expected transparency around the prices of each item to have a frugal Christmas as you are a frugal, money saving vlogger. All items seem expensive, which explains why you may not have been transparent about the prices 👀

The reason I have not shared prices is because they are subject to change depending on when you buy them - for example today and this week a lot of them are hugely discounted because of Black Friday, whereas next week the prices may have gone up. So it just helps with people saying "the price is different to what you've said it is" - as this is out of my control.

Hi Katy, that's not the case at all! Loads of this are my own items (as I said in the video) and I'm giving away a lot of the items too. However, I am interested to hear your mindset on this...So much time goes in to planning, preparing and researching these videos which are made for free, it would be very costly to produce these videos if every single item was indeed purchased by myself - is that your expectation? Odd that you'd even watch a gift guide if you feel this way about them, would be interested to hear back from you.

Hi Lara, not sure it’s fair you mention that making, editing your free videos takes a lot of time.. that is your job. I don’t generally watch these type of videos at Xmas as find a lot of the products are sponsored or gifted so not always a fair representation or realistic. Not sure many people are spending £18 on a teacher gift as you suggested. Always hard to know true thoughts on products when they are gifted to you for your job. It’s always hard as a watcher of these channels to sift out true recommendations and those you are being paid to recommend. This is not a criticism to you personally … it’s to all KZbinrs/influencers around this time of year. No hate
