I already have a large library of music purchased on bandcamp, but it sits on my hard drive. What's the best way to import this onto my unraid server and have it indexed/metadata fixed, and available to Lidarr?

When you first add the data location to Lidarr it should scan that location and add it automatically to Lidarr. If you want it to analyze the metadata, you would have to go into the artist then click the "Preview Retag" button on the top. Select what you want retaged, then click "Retag"

hey thanks for the video ! i have a question i hope its simple. Is there a way to use Lidarr in a read only fashion ? so that it doesn't update tags or change metadata in any way unless i tell it to edit tags ?

Is this on existing data or new data? For existing, you can set it so the files as not monitored and as long as you don't run the rename command you should be fine. For new data, I don't think you have any choice other than turning off the renaming option.

I can't add lidarr in prowlarr. Added sonarr and radarr no problem. Everything is being input the same (correct ips, api key etc)

Are there any indicators in the logs? Have you rechecked it recently? I know when I first added it to mine, it took a few minutes to get them to sync.

@@AlienTech42 Yeah it's been running for a few days now with the same issue. Log says "[Warn] ProwlarrErrorPipeline: Invalid request Validation failed: -- BaseUrl: Unable to complete application test, cannot connect to Lidarr. The request was aborted." I know the IP is right though since I can access the lidarr page and I'm using the same IP address for my entire server just changing the port number for the applicaiton.

witch password you put in from deluge? i have always a authentication error on this

The password is going to be the password that you used when you set up Deluge. The default password is: deluge

Yeah, that was a waste. That was my demo, so I didn't put much into that. If it were my actual server, I would just delete the tracks and let Lidarr get them again.
