If you are not interested about gaming. You can buy a Mac but I recommend m3 pro or m3 max laptop or if your budget very tight you can consider used m2 max laptop. I think mac has long term software support and don't need to worry to buy old tech. I recommend pro or max chip set you are finding device to video editing specially 4K. Mac studio is one of the best if you not interested about laptop. But it is bit expensive I'm Sri lanka. But you are doing gaming everything I recommend 4070. It is good for gaming.
