I think we were on the 15th floor as well and the same view! We found the CMs there were on a whole different level, maybe cause everything is so relaxing there! We can’t wait to get back someday! Great video as always ♥️

We never realized how tall this resort was until we got there. Those high floor views are amazing! And we agree with you on the Cast Members-they are on a whole new level of guest service. So glad you enjoyed it. Maybe we can all get back there with our new family additions one day 😉

The other 2 non-theme park Disney resorts are at Hilton Head, South Carolina and Vero Beach, Florida. Have you been to either of those? They are both great, but Aulani is by far our favorite
