(spoiler free) If I remember correctly, Mighty bow and some other important gems all become available in the Elder melder once you defeat the final boss of the main storyline of Iceborne

Once you get to use the guiding lands. I got mine from the lavasioth event. I main hammer now though lol

Another tip is that the best way to grind lvl 1-3 decorations is to do the "A Farewell to Zinogre" quest. You usually get 6-8k steamworks fuel per completion, then do the steamworks at 10x output during a festival. 3 completions of the quest got me enough fuel for 150 steel melding tickets and 50 silver melding tickets - so about 200 decos + a few feystones in 30min of hunting. Not to mention a ton of extras like armor spheres and stuff.

When you have steamworks at 10x, does that count for celestial wyverian prints? Can u get 10 or just 1?

@@LolbitTheGoof You'll get 10 if you roll it through RNG, if it's the steamworks bonus you get 1 + 9 king armor spheres

Celestial wyverian prints are not really a steamworks rewards but a weekly reward for completing the steamworks once per week, so sadly they do not get increased by 10x. @@LolbitTheGoof

I will admit, I tended to go for expeditions instead until I remembered about them. There's a chance to get extra materials you need, or you obtain a rare reward instead like gem, plate etc. Now when I'm aiming for a weapon or set, I check the list of investigations instead of flying directly to the location. Got a Rathian set pretty quickly because of it.

I am currently working on an elder melder video that will explain how to unlock everything, but in essence, you want to progress through all of the main quests and special assignments while also completing the optinal quests marked witha text box to unlock several things around Seliana, including the elder melder options.

The jewel is called charger. The quest "the name's lavasioth" is great to farm for it since it drops warped feystones. And if you have iceborne, i recommend using steel and silver tickets for those. The tickets can be acquired on the steamworks.

Whenever you get a gold or silver ticket it will be unlocked. They are easy to acquire with steamworks and bounties in Seliana (requires Iceborne expansion)

Get a 4 man shotgun HBG team with level 5 slugger/impact mantle and you can farm the Day of Ruin in a few minutes without Teostra ever fighting back. Best way to get heaps of sealed feystones

You aren't wrong, but even tho i do a lot of speedruns, I try not to gunlance or HBG everything because it feels cheesy. I much prefer hunting organically.

A lot of hours. I think this character is sitting close to 2 thousand. Also, a lot of helping ppl on stream, investigations, guiding lands farming for every weapon/set. At some point, u got no use for them, and they just start racking up. Same with zeny. This is also mostly true to all MH games.

Cheating in items is like going to a restaurant and skipping all the food to eat only the desserts. You might enjoy it, but there is no way you are leaving the restaurant as full as someone who eats everything. The most important thing is to have fun so to each their own. And for me, finally dropping that 4 slot attack after 50 teostras made me happier than my first fatalis solo.

Not everyone plays the game on PC. And besides, using cheats just makes the game boring. What is the point of playing a game if you just start with the strongest gear? Sure, a lot of games have new game+, but at least you earned your items in those games before hand.

The only thing I approve of the cheat engine is putting in the quests/items of the events that got taken out
