at 1:35 you can actually jump from the left table below and if you double sprint strafe jump up you can get on there as well! also 4:44 you can jump up from the table below onto the roll up door too.

When you aim at an enemy, a red diamond will appear above their head. In that spot, even though you can't see the enemies, the diamond above their head will appear. Just aim below it and shoot and you should hit someone.
