Just my opinion body hygeine and toilet hygeine is very important especially bcuz pee and poo has smell so water a dab of mild soap and wipe first with tp than water than soap rinse repeat 2or 3 times and dry with separate paper towels each part nice fresh unscented smell if need b change into clean panties and liners at this point if u not allergic to feminant spray u can spray lighty after to pull up panties one for ur needs unscented is best but if u can tolerate scent whatever u like. The positive abt washing up and cleansing this way is u start with a cleaner foundation nothing remove odor better than soap and water unless ur ph is off then by all me go to the Dr.

Im in the “older than you” age demographic, but I appreciate this open, transparent type of content because young ladies listen to you. I spent 23 years in the medical field in the military and was in charge of thousands of female soldiers over the years. You would be surprised how many young ladies have never been taught some of this stuff. I used every opportunity to school them (privately) about hygiene and taking care of themselves from head to toe and it was always well received. I Never underestimate what someone wasn’t properly taught. Great job, Destiny! 💕

No fr, I’m a 35 year old woman and I will _never_ forget the day I learned that not every girl gets the feminine hygiene talk that I did. When I tell you it was something out of the movie Carrie - minus the awful bullying - I was blown away. I was in middle school and a fellow classmate and friend got her period for the first time and this was JUST before we got our first ever sex ed/fem hygiene ed. My mom prepared me for this, even having gotten me some books that explained in a great and healthy way what to expect alongside what she would teach me, I was ready. I naively thought all is girls got this preparation for what would most likely happen to our bodies. I was wrong. She got her period during class and the poor thing thought she was legitimately dying. I’m talking screaming, bawling, begging our then (and my first) male teacher for help and answers because her parents didn’t prepare her for that. He sent her to the nurse’s office. It baffles me how a parent can set their child up for something like this in such an unprepared fashion to then having such hysteria. Once she was better and more equipped with knowledge, in our friend group we learned she was extremely sheltered under very religious parents. Idc how religious you are, don’t do this to your kid. The trauma she experienced in the middle of class was one I never wanted to see for as long as I live. And I know this sounds crazy and far fetched, but there’s truly people out there like this. Granted the internet wasn’t what it is today by any means, but some people are horrifically sheltered to the point that it’s harmful. Great video!

I’ve watched a few feminine hygiene videos in the past. I think you’re the only one that I’ve heard say, “smell your rag after washing a particular body part i.e. underarms, vaginal area, and butt”. Good advice! That’s what I do. If it still has an odor, keep washing ‘til it doesn’t!

This is one of thee BEST videos for girls/women I have ever seen because you made it plain and easy to understand. Can I just say you are absolutely amazing! I am 21 years old and when growing up, I did not know to do or HOW to do alot of the thing you talk about in this video. Unfortunately, I wasnt taught alot of this information, and learned through an embarrasing and uncomfortable trial by trial basis. Also, I'd like to add another tip: after a bowel movement, after you've wiped with TP, follow it up with a baby wipe, preferably Huggies. They are thick, so it does an excellent job of removing any residual fecal matter.

This is a very thorough feminine hygiene video. I totally agree with keeping your feet soft and cute during the winter. During my cycle I had cramps from another world, but I hate pills. I was told to do 20-25 sit ups whenever the cramps were really horrible. It freaking worked!!! And, another perk was flatter abs. I loved it and I hope it helps someone.

Yes, yesss, and yessss you really went over some good tips and products for the ladies. I like how you emphasized on don't be scared of your stuff. I say the same because at the end of the day it's your body your fluids etc. You gotta love yourself and your body first.
