A&B Lobster House has been my last dinner place to eat in Key West Since 2008! Upper deck is the white table cloths, great food, great drinks, and great service! Always stop here for my big dinner with my Lovely wife as a Birthday or Anniversary Present! Being retired these years, my friend Mike Adams tells me that "every day above ground is a good day" ! I wish all of you viewers live by Mikes words!

Great video. You hit all the high points. I was stunned on my visit to the Butterfly Conservatory when a Blue Mola landed right on my hand! I also recommend a trip to the Railroad Museum on Eaton Street, which is free. 😊

Nice video! We go to Key West every year for a week. We still haven't done everything..lol. Such a great place to vacation. We drive down from central Florida and once on US1, it's a beautiful drive. Never gets old. We love going to Latitudes on Sunset Key. Schooner Wharf bar to hang out is my favorite. Thanks for the video.

Winter is peak season in the keys. The weather is amazing. We’ve been in December, January, February & it’s beautiful. Lots of people, but beautiful.

Thanks Massimo! Unfortunately that beach is not in the keys. I was using that footage to give an example of what I was saying. I was saying that you expect those kind of beaches in the keys but they do not exist because of the coral reef 🪸 out in the water that prevents waves from crashing onshore. That is what makes beautiful stretches of beaches but the keys do not have them because of the reef. Sorry for the confusion! Have a nice time in the Florida Keys! 🐠

Sorry silly question , can you fly to key largo or is it to miami then rent a car im comming from the UK ?

You would fly into Miami and rent a car. Key West has an airport but I think just for domestic flights. So you might be able to fly into Miami then take a short flight into KW. But the drive from Miami to Key West is beautiful especially on the 7 mile bridge. So I would do that.

We brought our own kayaks. First time we brought kayaks. Now that we’re traveling we have a blow up kayak that we use. It’s a bit of a pain to blow up and put down but it gets us out on the water and takes up less space.

A charge for a state beach? I thought "state parks" didn't have more than minimal charges. For things like backwoods camping and whatnot. I've never heard of that so I'm glad I found your channel. I live on the coast in southeastern NC and the only beaches that don't have a charge, are the ones ran by the county government. If I were to go to a municipal or town beach, I'd have to pay $10+ per day just to park. Even though I LIVE here. So I moved here for the crystal coast beaches but have to drive 30 minutes and be there at the butt crack of dawn to get a good parking spot to actually enjoy the beach. It's awful. Lolol!

Right?! We’re from OH where state parks are free so I was surprised too. But having traveled the states a bit now, seems like most states charge a state park fee 🙄 I believe only 6 states don’t.

Hubs loves forts and I love the ocean but that price point is craycee, right? Maybe I should buy a boat and offer lower prices for people like me that will pay a fair price but not the snobbish rich people price. 😂 Your video was perfect! We are traveling for the first time with no kiddos in tow, to Key West for labor day weekend.
