Pretty nice setup. I think we all need to post videos of our vans!

This has to be one of the nicest setups I've seen. Really impressed by how well it's thought out and logical. Good use of the magnets too.

I was rolling my eyes ready to call BS on yet another “Ultimate” or “Best” Locksmith Van setup but I was wrong. For a small van with no windows I’m digging the setup. I love the pedal on/off for the key duplicator. I still think mine is better (for me) lol. Very nicely done, efficient. Gonna steal some ideas for my next build. Should update my “best” locksmith van video soon (it’s under A. Scalia lock & key).

Add a high security code key machine and a programmer or two. I was basically set up for your type of work and 2 years ago I added a high security code machine and better key programmers to the mix. Helped very well with the annual income

lol "safe on the cloud" Keep it on your own server if you want it protected. Pretty cool. I love being able to stand and work in my van. Doesn't look like you can stock much inventory, do you have to run back for hardware all the time? I normally have 8-12 closers , 4 entrance, 4 storeroom, classroom and so on plus some SFIC.

Hello how's it going? That a nice setup, I like that you have done with it and I'm interested in buying that vehicle next month. Are you able to give me some suggestions on what you have done and where you got your chair your toolbox and everything else?

Thanks! Toolbox from Home Depot. The drawers and shelving is made by Ranger. I'm thinking about a Passenger model Metris for my next one so I can have better AC in the back.

Magnets are the way to go… I just bought my wife a brand new Chrysler Pacifica last weekend & I’m in the process of converting her old 2016 dodge grand caravan over to a full blown work van for my Mobile locksmith company. I’m going to put one of my ilco/silca futura auto coded machines in it & my battery powered silca flash mobile key duplicator which is a cool handy little machine to have. You going to put any advertisement on it?

Depends on the machine. I made a wedge for the HPC. Inside the wedge, a single lag screw secures it to the oak bench top allowing it to swivel.

@@StevenNovak I agree. Having an organized and enjoyable workspace improves productivity and performance in every way imaginable. There are far too many guys out here who trash their vans and show little to no pride for their craft. Some of which can't even step foot in the back of their vehicles because they're trashed.
