Most who don’t want to say Kraft will simply say “from the box.” *_Crafty_* is actually an industry term for “craft services” which is the food provided on Movie and TV sets for the actors and staff to munch on...often just generic, uninteresting stuff. Obviously I have no idea what Jackie was meaning but that was my initial thought.

Just had the most amazing mac n' cheese today at Hermosa Beach. Definitely check out Rebel Republic Social House and get their Skillet Mac N' Cheese. 4 cheeses, jalapeno relish and panko bread crumb topping!!! I think the Lobster mac n' cheese from Mastro's might be better, but try that one out too!

Plural of mac and cheese is not "mac and cheesES (caps emphasis added)." Pretty sure it would be, "we tried a lot of mac and cheese" today, probably better stated, "a lot of mac and cheese dishes," or even just "a lot of mac and cheese"...sorry, I have to use my English degree somewhere...that said, this is the first I am seeing of Jackie, and I enjoyed her review of the mac and cheese of LA...have yet to try Dulan's, but my husband is always jonesing for good soul food - will put mac and cheese on the list of our items to get there...I am a lobster fan, so Ruth's Chris is on my list!
