I think if I was a traveler I might consider wearing t-shirt dresses with leggings or bike shorts depending on climate. Merino wool dresses if I could afford them. A t-shirt or two to wear with leggings or bike shorts to sleep in. Hmm, maybe I’ll pretend I’m traveling.

Mine is 20 liters and we travelled for 3 weeks in Italy but it was a bit of a struggle. Doable but a struggle. Love seeing how others make it work it helps to inspire me. Great job!

I'm heading of on my travels in the New Year but only around the UK initially. Driving myself mad worrying about whether I should hang onto my rented flat or give it up and save the expense of rent until I settle in one place again. It's crazy cos I've rented loads of flats in the past so don't know why I'm overthinking it now. Do you think you'll be giving your flat up or still unsure? Guess I'm looking for some pearls of wisdom 🤔

😂 I feel the same. But our flat is very cheap so we are scared of losing it. But it wouldn’t cost a lot to keep it on. So I would say I think it depends how much your rent is. If it’s a lot I’d probably let it go. If it’s not. We intend to maybe sublet for 6 months to a friend or family member. Until we make our final decisions about travel & emigration. Even if we don’t sublet and just pay the rent it’s better than losing it in the long haul. But hopefully we’ll just be leaving.😊 ✈️

Hope you have an awesome vacation! It’s interesting to see how you think through your packing. I was thinking, “ditch the jeans shorts (from your life😂)”! Instead of long jeans, I’d probably wear for the flight days - a dress with the black linen pants, and then layer the two long sleeve linen shirts, plus a scarf. I often carry a beanie hat & wear compression socks for flights, for comfort. On vacation I do enjoy having a lounging outfit to wear after a lovely day & eve shower, such as a light tank dress or boxers with a light top. That way I separate clothing that I wear during hot days on transportation, during physical activities, & such in public from my personal space & outerwear does not go on the bedding. Umbrellas are nice for shade and sun hats (as long as they breathe). Thank you for all your inspiring videos and thoughtful reflections!
