Here's a helpful tip. If you want the excavator to go into Tunnel 6 faster, just don't open Tunnel 11 or the Biodome until after the excavator has breached Tunnel 6. Just have someone waiting in the airlock right in the Receiving Bay with the Hacker as well. For me, it's worked every time.

It will take longer but will always work make sure power is turned on by round 1 and the latest 3 excavators off will be round 18 just don't fix any of the ones that aren't tunnel 6 and it'll eventually cause tunnel six to go off since the other 2 are already being breached

Bonus tip! You can do the Gersh Step ASAP, so as soon as you get the gersh’s from the box (if you get them super early) do the Panel step so you can start trying for the QEDS. No need to wait until you do the first Samantha says.

@@richardgarrison8328 indeed! The point is that u can do the first Gersh step ASAP and then try for QEDS. U don’t have to do the other steps first, if u happen to get lucky and get Gersh devices immediately. The odds are you will be hitting the box for the the wave gun. And if you happen to get QEDs without having done the first Gersh step, you will have wasted time and your ability to use Gersh devices for the first step. And yes, you will need Gersh devices again.

This is a problem I see with many Easter egg videos. They show these guides but don't mention that not everything has to be completed strictly in the order they show. For example, almost every origins guide will tell you to get all the staff first as part of step 1 but you don't need to. In fact, all the world record runs hold this step off until later and they get the thunder punch first. It is a hell of a lot easier to do the entire easter eggs, especially the part you need to melee kills to clean the tablet by getting the thunder fists first.

Thanks for the tip Waffles! Also huge thing here everyone keeps saying you need two players to beat moon or more and you really don’t actually. You’re automatically Ricktofen and if you got the rod from Shangri la by just playing it once and dying, if you play moon you can do the whole Easter egg on solo, no mods or anything. It’s tougher to do, trying to deal with zombies on the Samantha part both times and other situations but if you work hard and get good weapons you’re set and can complete it easily, just takes a lot of Area 51 grinds for points and stuff but you can do it solo, I’m playing on Xbox no mods and I beat it already alone!

For the excavator step can we use the hacker to stop it from going at other tunnels either than tunnel 6 to speed things up a bit or do we just have to wait and allow the excavator to attack the other tunnels until it attacks tunnel 6
