I’d say 96 ball handle is a must where possible. The difference between gold and HOF unpluckable is night and day against reachy locks

If ur guarding ball and still running PG, i would go with the higher defense option. U can even maybe lower three to 96 instead of 99 to get more pass accuracy

I have 2 guards(pg and sg) that have strong handles on legend, and I rarely fumble the ball to bump steals, and can dribble thru traffic regularly, that combined with Lightning Launch on HOF or legend and you can get to the basket or get open shots with ease
