As a local do you know if its legal to take a small 4x4 truck on those trails? I have an 1989 Hilux and am trying to plan a trip out there.

This is what America needs to be like......the fact we don't have massive utv ATV routes hurts alot of small towns that would draw tourist out of the cities to the country. Besides national parks and leaf lookers.

Kudos to all in making this top notch video. Thanks to all the townspeople (citizens, councilor's and Mayor's alike) who made it possible to access their city and town roads by ATVs. As they say, this is just the "Tip of the Iceberg". There are plenty more scenic hiding places to see so welcome to ye all and "Long May Yer Big Jib Draw" or "Long May Ya Keep The Rubber Side Down".

Lived up in Northern Maine for many years where there is many mile of network trails from old RR beds leading to remote small family run resturante and hotels is quite similar however that location has always been on my bucket list. Super segment as always. Now owner of a new SXS would love for my wife to experience one day. Again thank you. Will save this information for trip planning. Again thank you!

25:17 They didn't have heavy machinery in the 20's?? They used Steam Shovels to build that dam. The steam shovels were big and they were quite heavy. I think that qualifies as heavy machinery. Lol

Cole, how difficult is it to navigate for someone who isn't familiar with the area? Would a hand held GPS be needed? I live in NS but I'm from Newfoundland and I'm so anxious to find out. What's it like this time of the year? I'm aching to drive my Outlander on those trails, next summer hopefully...
@colemurphy60484 жыл бұрын
@@carlgustav945 yeah it’s not too hard to find your way around, a hand held gps would be all you need. Your outlander would be perfect for right now, the weather it pretty decent

Great video that properly shows the tourism potential of atvs. It's a crying shame that towns on the Avalon refuse to take advantage of the opportunities before them. The municipal politicians in places like CBS should seriously hang their heads in shame over their anti atv policies.

Hey hi! dirt trax tv.Ferries are not the only ways to NFL.Cargo plane are use for it too.Just what i did to bring my atv and rigs.When you travel far to encounter new trail,for me it's the cheapest way.Making 2-3 days of road to get your target start and get exaust...not for me.Plane and on one day you'r there and fresh to start.I don't have a chanel and don't want to because i don't want to share the work i have done .so the place i go are still free of capitalist networker who put on the map every free space we had before.It's not always good to share with hunan kind...
