Ultimate 60-Second Wind Down Routine for Bedtime
Even the busiest bees need their rest! Tonight, ditch the stress and drift off to dreamland in under a minute with this super-quick relaxation routine:
Playing the music starts the rountine!!!!!!!
Dim the Lights (10 seconds): Our bodies naturally wind down with decreasing light. Swap harsh overhead lighting for soft lamps or candles to signal sleep time.
Deep Breaths (20 seconds): Close your eyes and inhale deeply through your nose for a count of 4. Hold for 7 seconds, feeling your belly expand. Slowly exhale through your mouth for 8 seconds, imagining tension leaving your body with each breath. Repeat 2-3 times.
Body Scan (20 seconds): Starting at your toes, tense and release each muscle group one by one. Focus on the feeling of relaxation spreading throughout your body.
Gratitude Glow (10 seconds): Take a moment to appreciate something positive from your day, big or small. Let a warm feeling of gratitude wash over you.
