I find comfyUI simple enough, but if you put ALL the different workflows in ONE it adds an unbelievable ammount of clutter. No single person will use all of these workflows. I suggest making ONE workflow per IDEA and putting all these workflows in one folder. There's no use to having them all in one like this. I can still use them fine but you already see people crying over the "complexity" of comfy in the comments lol. Just trying to help out! I like watching your videos.

It's much easier to have everything in 1 single json file where you can chose what you want to use and when, I did that before, having a bunch of different json files but it was way worse to manage than having 1 single workflow where you install everything all at once then you are good to go

It is up to personal preference and if you are truly a veteran user then just delete and save each workflow and add to a dropdown menu. I have that for one of my ComfyUI apps. These are great workflows. Don't complain just because your brain has a hard time with remembering each section

What I am saying is that for people who don't truly understand what they are looking at it is a lot more difficult to see a workflow with 100 nodes than it is if there was 10 workflows with less nodes on them. It might seem easier after you counted your 10 boxes of 10 balls to put them into a box of 100 and label them. But the next person who comes along will likely find that more difficult to deal with.

You might be interested in checking out the Omnigen. This is a completely new image generation / editing technology where you can do all the things you have to do with controlnets / masks / inpainting by just specifying the task in the prompt. The image quality is quite high, while the model seem to be several times smaller than modern image generation models. Seems like it has the potential to revolutionize the image generation / editing field if given enough attention.

I started yesterday my first AI adventure with ConfyUI (without this workflow but it will help me to implement some parts to mine :) ). I will share more but for starters: I have PC: 3080 10GB, Ryzen 5900x, 32 RAM, Windows 10 - I did not make any memory optimizations like using PC as a terminal or removing browser acceleration or closing background programs. Bez model I can fully load to memory is Q4_K_M (and of course 04_K_S etc too). On basic model usually works good also Q5_K_M and of course also Q5_K_S (but not always as sometime for unknow reason slow down after multiple runs), probably some memory problems as it does not load fully to memory. With Q5 speed usually is very ok and I used it on start but sometimes I noticed slower generations (or even rarely dont start to generate and needed to cancel and start again). As a clip and text codex I it works with standard clip or this ViT_L_14_improved (...). I can also run with every Text encoder although fp16 take many RAM and of course you can not load it fully with Q8 there are not problems to load. But I can fully load fp16 and clip it to CPU although it is like +10 sec or something like this comparing to lower versions like Q8 etc. Anyway on the end I would recommend for 3080 10GB to try this Q4_K_M version as so far I dont have problems with it and it fully load to VRAM even with this better CLIP and LORA (but probably situation can be different with multiple LORAS). Q5 versions (even Q5_K_M, but of course Q4_K_S is even easier to run) also worked usually but there was sometimes slower queues and probably situation will be even worse with LORAs. You could also probably decrease memory use using it like terminal I think before i even start I had like 1,4 or 1,5 GB of VRAM used. Dont remember with which version but I think with this Q4_K_M version I also was able to generate pictures in batches of 3 (4 too but it slow downs) and with more then 20 steps (tried with 40 and 60) although time is of course proportionally higher. Text encoders fp16 on CPU, but with 32GB RAM or higher as with 16GB it can be moving to swap in some situation. Technically it usually run also without clip to RAM but in this case it is better to use f.e Q8 text encoder.

looks great but for the video one and really for all of them could you add a batch process for a folder of images - for the video could you pull from a list of movie camera moves that append to the auto-prompter - the idea of sitting there and doing it manually makes me groan - i'd rather auto process a whole folder for a movie idea then go back and do specific ones to fill in any gaps after it finishes over- night - or just run in multiple times with a random select from folder addon - usually movies go thru a series of closeups - pans- establishing shots etc - what would be dope if u could run a movie script thru a autoprompter ai to extract the camera moves then run that thru a sequential folder of numbered images you setup - take out the tedious part of doing lots of stuff .

This is insanely powerful, I love the fact that these generators were put together. The image to prompt feature is my favorite feature because most of the ones online that I've found make you pay to use that feature, so I'm glad I can do it locally for free now. I'm also in love with the PuLID feature as well as that's better than using LoRAs to generate a new picture.

I've noticed the requirements.txt files in general quite often have the wrong onnx for my cuda version, it would be nice if that was auto detected somehow. I had to do the same and for a few other workflow nodes lately.

Hi! I am quite new in the AI world. I installed comfyui and your workflow V2. It looks fine but many areas are covered by a red transparent rectangle and when I try to run some of the modules, I get messages telling me that nodes are missing. However, when I run the comfy manager an tell him to load the missing nodes, it tells me "no result", as if everything was already loaded. What do I do wrong? Thanks in advance!

everything worked fine with the json file and than using the manager to install all missing nodes. But only the pluidlux workflow cant be installed. In the Manager it says "(IMPORT FAILED) ComfyUI-PuLID-Flux_Enhanced"

warning for all users, if the outpaint area is too little, strange white lines will appear in the borders of the original image, and most of the times the image is white/grayed out, colors are washed out, etc

the width and height should be the same as the input. or similar to the input size, because if you put an image with an input of 500x500 pixel and you tell the thing width 1000 height 1000, and you want just a little around the image, the output will be completely gray, white, or long lines will show at the corners of the original image.

Just learn it, it's not that complicated to get used to. I was intimidated by it at first myself, but it's real simple once you learn it plus most workflows are automatically put together by other people, so you don't have to put it altogether yourself.

@@MachineCog-i2l This is the issue-just look at the skyrocketing likes. We were all trained on A1111, and between models and embeddings, the file grew to over 500GB. Then, he suddenly switches to ComfyUI, leaving everyone who isn’t a programmer in the dust. I went ahead and installed ComfyUI, but it installs everything-temp files, user files, you name it-directly onto my boot drive, taking up space on C: that I just don’t have. It’s not only a mess visually, but the code itself is clunky.

A1111 is more suitable when you want to use simple workflow. The advantage of Comfy is customization of complex workflows. Node systems like this are being used for example in Blender for geometry and shaders. It is confusing when you see it at first, but once you get through few basic nodes, it becomes pretty awesome, especially if you want to experiment with multiple features, like composition, inpainting, upscale and refinement all controllable within one graph.
