the kuma style ones we saw post time skip were mark 2. the seraphim are a special spin-off generation, which is part of why they are codenamed SSG, and called special science group. they aren’t main line, so they wouldn’t be a mark of the main series

I think Mark 2 was the PX-Z / Shiro Kuma because they are bigger because Kuma is 689 cm / 22'7" tall while the Shiro Kumas were about the same height as General Franky which is 13 m / 42'7" & I believe the Neo-Marines took them since Zed might have learn where to find them when he was given his Battle Smasher

Seraphim being introduced before mark III does not mean they were made before mark III like you seem to think has to be the case, it is just as plausible, or even more so, that the mark III's are older than the seraphim project

doubtful. We know the Seraphim grow and I believe it was Pythagoras who said when watching S-Shark fight that they should figure out how to excelerate their growth though it could be tricky. Meaning they don't grow fast. So being conservative here lets say they're atleast 6 years old. That's 6 years of the seraphims to grow. And Vegapunk had prototypes at MF just 2 years ago so mark 3 is definitely newer.

Seraphim might not even count as a pacifista model, unless the story specifically stated” the new pacifista model seraphim” or mentioned them as the “new model pacifista” a pacifista is a robot designed to look like kuma to the best of our knowledge they don’t rely on his lineage factor, the seraphim were the first creation that combined truly living and inorganic material into one

I think the Seraphim's are just a separate line altogether which we should consider as their latest creation and that the MK3 Pacifistas were just stored until there was a necessary use for them, meaning the Seraphim's just debuted earlier in the battlefield.

Pacifista Mark II might have been the police model that we saw at the beginning of the arc. There's gotta be more of those running around the island, they seem more advanced than the first models but definitely not as suped up as the Mark III's

I think it's like this.. Prototype = PX-0 (Kuma) Mark I = PX-1, 2, 3, 4, etc. Mark II = Police Pacifista in Egghead| Seraphim probably is a new category that is its own line and not part of the Pacifista line.

I'm almost certain that the bubble shields are made from the Paw-Paw fruit. In the panels where we can see it, you can see the little spheres for the paw pads like Kuma's bubbles

I don’t hear anybody talk about Kuma and how strong he is because I fully believe he is. I would say he’s the second strongest Warlord. We haven’t seen enough from him but from what we have, he is almost definitely awakened

I think the Seraphim are the most recent creations from Vegapunk. Remember, the Seraphim just finished their first ever trial run when they went to Blackbeards base. They Mark 3’s have already been mass produced so I feel they were the predecessors to the Seraphim.

It is possible. They seem to have designed the Seraphim as a replacement for the warlords so it is plausible that they continued the pacifista production on the original models continually improving on them. No need to stop making more improved versions of the originals after all, they probably figure that they can't have too many weapons.

So about the PX markings I would like to point out for actual US designation proof of concept prototypes are generally marked as X-(model number) as a shorthand for experamental so it may be something like that. So they may not be mark 1

I think the ones pre-TS and return to Sabaody are Mark I, the other one we saw at Egghead Island, the one Bonney didn't want killed, those are Mark II, now we have Mark III, and Seraphim are Mark IV or maybe even Mark V. Basically, Mark I were Kuma clones with cybernetic body and hand and mouth lasers, Mark II were Kuma clones with cybernetic body, hand and mouth lasers and some other improvement, don't know which, Mark III got the first attempt of replicating the Nikyu Nikyu no Mi, and Mark 4 combine Kuma species DNA (that I will from now on refer as Kumarian), Lunarian DNA, the DNA of another specific person (so far, former Warlords), and the replica of a Devil fruit to properly suit the abilities "stored" in their genetic memory.

Kuma did state that the project was in its prototype stage when he introduced himself as one. Considering that he appears to be the original prototype, it is likely that Vegapunk made improvements based on what he learned turning Kuma into one.

My guess is that the MARK I pacifista is kuma himself, while the MARK II are the prototypes and mass produced pacifista that we have seen throughout the series.

The Mark 2s didn't have a headphone jack like the mark 1s, so they proved unpopular with the marines. Vegapunk being a perfectionist, added back the headphone jack and then threw in the bubble shield as a little extra for the Mark 3s.

I'm still partial to the idea that Devil Fruits were made by the Ancient Kingdom for utility purposes and that ones like Enel's power were used in that capacity. I don't think Vegapunk would go crazy over learning about that Fruit or at least it's current user as he seems to be more interested in the power behind Devil Fruits- if they're the same thing that powered the giant- that seemingly gives Logia's unlimited power. Is it infinite? If it is- I mean, stick Enel in a battery and you have unlimited electricity, no? It's perhaps the only downside I can think of with that particular Fruit irl or in-universe, lol. You become a hot commodity for nations everywhere.

Realisticly, Mark I would be the first Pacifista that we saw, Mark II would be a marginal improvement that likely is visually indistinct, but has stuff like faster laser generation, better processing power and the such. Mark III wears the III on the uniform to make it visually distinct. Except for Bubble shields, they got not much new stuff.
