Oh wow what a detailed neckline and collar on that dress! It looks lovely. I have no current plans to make it but I'll add it to my ever growing pattern list

I'm just now starting this dress. I'm an experienced sewer of 45 years. I'm having a difficult time with sewing two rows of stitches on the puff sleeve head. I basted 1/4 inch around the sleeve to hold in place like it said, then tried to do another row and couldn't because of the smallness of the lining. I did it three times and each time it caught and puckered!! I've decided to use that one row of basting stitch at the head of the sleeve to gather. I'm dreading putting the sleeve in the bodice now hahah.

Little sleeves are the worst. ☹️ I only did the one row of gathering stitches there too. I think from memory the pattern only said to do the one row. Hopefully you're able to set the sleeves in without having to undo it again
