@@olliepsy I must've missed where that was said originally. It was a good outcome btw, but as much as I appreciate Psykovsky and the forest stuff, I like a slower tempo with more space to let the reverbs and echoes breathe. I must be getting old.

The comment I never thought I would get lool I wouldn't do this with fresh pesto, but canned pesto it's okay, this is a recipe from when I was a student and didn't have many options 😅
