Was eagerly waiting for your raipur tour for months, since I got to know you have visited here. Awesome series, all the videos have mostly covered the essence for this city's food heritage. Though some of the crucial part of Raipur's non-veg cuisine are missing in the above video. For example, Biryani had made a deep root here. And although cooker biryani is a new and different take on biryani and recently people had also started enjoying different varieties like Hyderabadi, Raipur's biryani had alway been the Degi biryani (closest resemblance) for years. And there are many legendary birayni chains serving that. Infact Noorjahaan was one of them (Hope you would have tried biryani there). Simmilarily for chaap and kebabs, Mohan chaap undoubtedly is the most famous one and should not be missed. But there are couple of older joints, which might not have as many variety but one could really tell the difference in some of the items (like Chaha's kebab). Anyways, overall a good tour, Sir! 👍🏽 Hope to take a food tour with you some day!! 🙂
