Good morning Julie, it's so nice to see you today! I was thinking about a very cute video that you might like to watch with your kids on You t Tube. It's called Monkey Bibi and he is the cutest and smartest little boy monkey around! My husband and I don't have any children and we watch him all the time. They put out at least 3 videos a day. They live in Vietnam in the city but sometimes they go stay at his grandma's house in the country where of course Bibi loves it there! Have a great trip. love you bunches!!

I so miss all the Griffiths grandchildren. You and Landon are so low carb high protein good for you. I lost 93 lbs on keto diet. I gained some back after I got Covid. I'm trying now to loose and find a happy medum. Do you still do IF. BTW I'm your moms age. Give your parents an extra hug for me.
