It's not about restrictions on when to or not to catch lobsters its about the size of some of these lobsters. I've seen videos of people catching lobsters in others countries for sizes as am seeing here would be a no no because they would fined.

I think what I love is that there's no lemon sprinkled on the fish. I absolutely hate when there's lemon on my fish, why would I make my fish taste like lemon? I want the natural fish flavour. This is good stuff here.

A little vinegar gives it the acidic balance it needs, “rather than using lemon”mixed in with the seasoning is an excellent marriage..
