EPISODE: CURRY CRAB STREETFOOD
DEEBO SOUTH BEACH SEAFOOD
(876) 884-6755
South Beach Seafood located in Llandailo Westmoreland serves up some great seafood street side. Using a coal fire and metal sheet pans they steam conch and fish that are seasoned with Deebo's special seasoning. However we were there for everything but undoubtably the curry crab was the hi light go the stop. Cooked with mango and flavored with the belly of the crab intense flavor and heat made this dish truly awesome.

In St Elizabeth, steaming food on zinc is not unusual. In Lacovia, stuffed parrot fish is prepared in that manner. When done, you peel the skin off like a banana (scales on skin) Smoked marlin is also a thing in St.Elizabeth.

Good 🌄 morning Food Boss. Happy Sunday 😊. The sea 🌊 foods look delicious 😋 😍. However. Cooking 🍳 food in aluminum foil wrap is not good. That being said. There is no food like the real yard food😋. There's is a different with the food that cook a yard and abroad. For some reason the food a yard taste more authentic. Well. Maybe is just me. My taste Buds tells me so 😋 🤷 🤪. BTW. I am living abroad. Thanks for sharing Food Boss. 👍. Much appreciated 🙏. Blessings 🙌 and guidance always 🙏 ✨️ Have yourself a great day 😊 😀

Is not the claws alone that are high in cholesterol. The whole thing has cholesterol. Good cholesterol. Crabs, shrimp and Lobster 🦞 are high in cholesterol. So. If you have any health issues where you have to watch your cholesterol intake. You have to eat these sea foods in moderation. If you don't have a cholesterol problem. Eat/enjoy your shell 🐚 fish. It is a myth about eating shrimp 🍤 or shell 🐚 fish raised/caused cholesterol/LDL problem. As a matter of fact. Shrimp has a lot of health benefits.

Why put powder seasoning after putting all those nice natural and fresh ingredients? 🤔 I am not talking about the curry powder or the masalla. Some of these powder seasonings are high in sodium, MSG and artificial flavors. BTW. Masalla goes nice with curry 🍛 👌. Nice flavor 😋 blend.
