I went through the same thing where being a Christian felt like a long to-do list. I heard this quote and it helped me so much. “When you take the love out of it, it just becomes a to-do list” He compared it to marriage, if you don’t love the person then it’s just a lot of do’s and don’ts. So I keep reminding myself how much God truly loves me, and how much I love him. I hope it helps you as much as it did me 💛 (Father Mike Schmidt’s “Bible in a Year” podcast has also been amazing and highly recommend!!)
