Hey, I don’t know of any particular restaurant, but there’s a Muslim area in town called “回回营”（I think). If you search “清真”on 大众点评 or 小红书 there should be more specific recommendations. Sorry I’m not too helpful - if you do find something nice tho let me know I’d love to try it out. Enjoy Shenyang!
