One which i am surprised did not make the list, is the KZ Saga Balanced. It has a warm tonality and a sound stage and layering that far exceeds its price point, and i think even surpasses the typical KZ style tuning. It is very mature and surprising tuning. My thoughts on the G1 is that it is a Zero2 with the treble turned up 3db past 3k. So if the Zero2 was too dark and vocally recessed to you, the G1 fixes all of that. And somehow manages to boost the treble that much without getting sibilant. Likewise, in the same way the driver quality increased from the Zero to the Zero2, the G1 improves that driver quality once again. It's a phenomenal IEM for the price. Also nice to see the old Meze RAI Solo shell shape repurposed. So comfortable for long term use.

Kz, if reviewed, will be in its own category. KZ iem's. I feel the ZVX Pro is as good or better then any of these.

So many good options! Some cheap enough that one can have a few with different tunings. The ones I use the most are the T3+, Conch, Truthears Hola, EA500, Waner and D13. Btw, do you think the Kinera Ignitex is a step up from the KZ ZSN Pro 2? Thanks

Tony, my current iem is the Tangzu Wan’er but i use it for more then a year and i just want something new. I prefer an iem with a very nice timbre, smooth listening with good bass quantity and quality (tight and deep). I am thinking for some weeks now about the Tripowin vivace, inawaken dawn ms, simgot ew300, or kefine delci, or spend €70 for a second hand Aful explorer. I listen a lot of EDM, and 80’s and 90’s pop songs by the way. Would love to know your opinion and motivation why, thanks a lot!

I'm not tony, but I will happily give my 2¢ on the matter. Personally, I think the EW300 is over hyped, and is too flat and 2dimensional in its sound stage to be worth it. Plus it has some weird harmonics that happen with some ear anatomy that causes it to sound like some frequencies are missing. Myself, Jaytiss, and Ton Deaf Monk all experienced this. So, be aware of that. The Inawaken Dawn is a great IEM, fantastic bass response, and a nice vocal forward presentation that does not come across as shouty or bright. Like the Singolo is is based off of, it can be tip dependent on fit, and sound clarity. Not as much as the Singolo, but again, worth mentioning. I think the Kefine Delci AE is one of the best IEMs around $80. It offers two solid tuning nozzle options, and in my honest opinion, has a higher driver quality, and over all quality control than the Klean. The Klean has been plagued by some QC issues, with filters being faulty right out of the box, causing extreme driver imbalance. So, for me, the Delci AE is the one i would go with. If you are intrigued by the idea of the Explorer, but can't swing the price, the Tangzu Fudu is a good sub $100 alternative to the Explorer, that gets you very close to its sound, with easier tip selection (the Exporer has a smooth narrow resin nozzle that is hard to fit, where the Fudu has a traditional metal nozzle that works with just about everything), and a nice accessories package of Divinus and Tang Sencai eartips you can use elsewhere.

@davegorthuis679 the Vivace is good. Nice warm sound, very close to the OG Kefine Delci, with a little more air, and a little less bass. They do feel very plasticy though, so keep that in mind. The Wayvern Abyss is an OK IEM, it is very vocal forward, sometimes a little too vocal forward which can cause some minor sibilance, but doesn't have a lot of treble extension, so it can come off sounding a little two dimensional. It looks phenomenal, and the price its not terrible sounding. But in that same price bracket, there is much better choices. IMHO.

@@davegorthuis679 I have the Vivace and imo the bass quality kinda lacking but for its price tag understandable. If I were you I would get Dawn MS and Explorer. They should worth the price increase.

Curious if you hear the same as I do with TK02/White Snow? Got them to see if they were the same since they use same shell and similar looking driver. Tonality seems similar to me with White Snow coming across slightly more vocally forward/brighter. Have had Bq10 in my cart for who knows when I'll feel the itch. Graphs like CVJ ARIA. Thoughts? Missed IQ100 @$11 last year without cable. IF price drops there again, I'll probably get it.

I finally got my WS in and was able to give it a try. My initial impression is that it's excellent even in stock configuration. I haven't experimented with tips or filters yet but I can only imagine that my thoughts on it would improve for the better. I was tempted enough to buy the BQ10 @ $23.16 as well. It does look similar to the CVJ Aria by graph but it looks to have less rolloff in the subbass (if the graph can be trusted, anyway). Just wanted to give you an update.
