Love that fancy aquamarine paint job on the Noma! Blowing snow only a couple of feet like that was a symptom of valves not closing properly due to no more clearance due to wear. Being so easy to pull start I should have known.

Yeah that engine has quite a bit of wear… It burns quite a bit of oil and most probably valves are worn also… Thanks, I really enjoyed your comment! Take care!

It would be cool to add the impeller scrapers to the noma and see what kind of difference it makes. I think it would make a huge improvement in how far it throws the snow.

For the impeller palette mod @ 5m44s, did you mean to reduce the clearance? @ 5m52 you explained that too much clearance between the impeller and the casing wall was conducive to clogging with wet snow, so I believe you meant to bring the impeller closer to the casing wall. Another good video!

Yeah, sorry if I wasn’t clear in the video, but yes the plastic scrappers reduce the impeller to wall clearance and this helps evacuate wet snow much easier. Thanks for watching my videos!!!
