Every reason to bring Corsair back is a valid reason. If they want a soft nerf, give it s4 bottom nose guns so total pilot weapons are 4x s4 and 2x s5. That would give it a slight 500 DPS bump over the connie which has slightly more agility, more missiles, new upsized turret weapons, more cargo, tractor beam, and more hull HP.

@@Power5 power management fixes supposid dps issues, unless you get military a or competition a components you wont get full shots per gun, the connie has more missles, and a snub, and also bigger turret guns. no need to drop any weapon sizes

​@piranhax6466the reason for the nerf was that it's too powerful for a solo ship. I'm one of you guys who wants the 4x Size V & 2x Size IV back but if they dont want to give that back, I'm willing to settle for 4x size V ( replace the bottom guns with the wing slots) and give the co pilot the 2x size IV, that way, it would be on par with the connie T and would have more dps when multicrewed 🤷🏻‍♂️

@lemonoeye but the fact that it really isn't going to be, less hp, less cargo, less turret, less missles. And like I mentioned before you can not get max shots on the weapons with a full loadout on average components in a real world scenario esp since grade A military and competition components are behind pvp or luck of the loot off spawned ships/bounties.. we should not bend a knee to cig. The corsair was ship showdown and ran well over a year.. plus they lied about kills with comparing it to 1 connie over the 5 variants.

What's the thesis behind unequipping two of the weapon slots? Is it to be gentler on the capacitors and get quicker reload?

@@Zadial Wondering at that point why not just use a Connie Taurus? You end up with the same amount of player-controlled weapons, since he disables turrets anyway you end up with an identically-flying ship with a smaller cross section, more HP and more cargo space.

1:54 what is going on with totals? I noticed the same thing when buying that headhunter helmet. The total is way more than the cost of the stuff on screen. It does not show any tax or anything so why does 2x of 100,000 UEC items come out to 209,090 UEC? Not everything is like this. I bought a gun the other day I think P4 and it cost what it said it would cost.

Did you do a video testing with the turret weapons removed and with them included to see how many shots the pilot had in each situation? Would love to keep some turret weapons just in case I get into some trouble and need to jump into one to kill some NPCs that are trying to destroy my unstable ship missing an engine and wing.

For some reason, I am stuck in freelook when I enter the cockpit of my corsair. I can't turn my ship or tilt it with q and e. Any ideas what might be causing that?

Right Shift maybe? That button locks your ships movement and is very close to enter so when you type you can hit it

Are Attritions currently the "best" weapons ingame? Got a Zeus CL and used some parts of your 3.24 loadout which had the attritions as well. Since they are way more expensive than other weapons I was wondering if they are worth the price and if I can still use them on my Zeus in 4.0, since you used them on the corsair as well :)

projectile speed and fire rate is lower than the CF repeaters but they do quite a bit more damage. For PvE go with attritions, for PvP you are going to want CF repeaters as they are easier to hit sentient players compared to the brain dead AI in PvE combat.
