Pretty good build would say I prefer this with a bow over the DW or a lightning staff and Chudan over balrogh because with oaken you already have more than enough pen.

@@obe1kanobe156 Mhm it work but the build work so good bc you get free slots free the scribing and much more damage. Without scribing you can play lightning staff and use force Pulse or use the psijic spamable for breach otherwise you need ele drain. You can't shield stack so you should use vigor and you need power surge for damage buff that mean you probably have to use chudan

unbuffed i get also 990 magicka recovery, fully buffed only to 1850.. where do you get missing 500 magicka recovery to 2300?!

Maybe the cyrodil passive, you get 10 or 20% extra recovs. You don’t get it in bgs tho

The offensive stats are nice on this build but I don't see how it has sufficient defense. Armor and crit resistance suggest it's quite squishy. Do you still play this build regularly? Do you use it in Cyrodiil?

@@Sorcnadothe PvP is miles better than eso in some ways. It’s obviously a different game so some things aren’t going to translate well. The main difference is that you can’t just spam 1 skill and expect to get a kill. No heavy attack builds that just sit there and hold down a button for kills. Nobody has 50k hp and can still kill. Tanks aren’t permablock tanks, they have weaknesses and will die just as easily as anyone else if you exploit them.

it shines when fighting multiple people since they are more than likely giving each other buffs which will further boost your damage against em. The less people the less effective it is but it's still a solid choice since everyone will have a few major buffs n a couple minors. if you're gonna do solo bgs or duels I'd recommend looking for a different set that would perform better consistently compared to oakfather in those situations

sorcs have been nerfed so many times in the last ten years i've lost count. ofc, they'll get nerfed some more, never fear. hardened ward used to last 20 seconds and was much stronger: imagine that! XD

@@billkrussick6477 I'm a DK main and believe me I know what it's like to be nerfed to oblivion constantly. The thing is though, we have never been so blatantly op like Mag Sorc has been. They rarely take damage and when they do, it's Streak>Hardened Ward>Dark Deal, all the while bursting someone from 40 yards away. How is that even remotely fair? At least we take damage and have to go defensive, yet Sorcs can just constantly pressure you with no drawbacks.
