@@HighFrequencyGuru I've been educated myself and trying to learn. I put this on in the morning when I start work and have it going in the background. Is there anything I should be telling myself while listening or focusing on? I've been reading the affirmations you listed but not sure if there is a certain method to doing this that helps?

Honestly can say this works been listening to it the past 2 days and my SP has been more consistent so I’m going to continue and see when he make me his woman officially we been dating a year now lol
