This was definitely of the more unique boss fights I had for the time. I mean having a boss that you literally can't stay too close to without getting stun locked but with everything else being equal. I'm just glad that the headaches didn't cause you to lose health too. That would make it much harder than it needs to be.

I never did the boss battles for this game as a kid, I always got my dad to do them for me But a few years passed, I turned about 12 I believe and played through the entire game on my own This fight was MUCH easier than the Silver Sable fight

Venom is usally imune to Spideys Spider-Sense. But in the "Ultimate Spider-Man" story line, Venom triggers the spider-sense immensley. So the revert.

Cause venom was made from spiderman's blood or from his dad to be more exact.

In the context/story for this particular game, Spiderman had used the suit before Eddie and it left behind cells/samples of itself in his blood. These cells what to rejoin with the suit. So whenever Venom gets close to him, it's causing him pain through his Spidey Sense as the cells try to reintegrate into Venom.
