Isa sa mga organized na lugar sa quezon city itong Cubao, pangalawa lang ito sa Commonwealth ave.. Wala nang madaanan yung mga tao sa banketa at puno ng basura ang gutter .

Snippet: I hope this is an old video. Report to MMDA marami pang dapat tang-galin na lomot bldgs sa Araneta, Cubao area. E-report sa DOTr na high time na para palitan ang sahig na simento at mag pour na ng concrete cement -- hinde na papasa ang bolok na appearance ng Araneta at boong bansa. Cooperate na tayo sa build build program ng ating mga leaders ngayon. Masyado ng outdated at kola-ngot ang squatter look at barong-barong sa boong manila city.
