Take a walk through the back alleys of Quezon City Philippines. I did a walkthrough around Barangay Bagbag and Sauyo in Novaliches Quezon City Metro Manila Philippines. These areas are pretty easy to get lost in if you are not familiar with them. I'll be honest, I got lost a few times, but the kids led me in the right direction, thanks guys! =) Enjoy this video, and stay tuned for more. Wow! You take a ton of videos. You must really like it. Krypto must be treating you well. Wish I knew how, without risking much. This was a great video and it does make me want to go there. I was supposed to go to Moalboal, but you know how life is. That sh** got messed up, as usual. Hoping to sail there (hopefully by next year)... Don't know.. just flying by the seat of my pants right now. Thanks for the videos, I'm sure I could never watch them all. Can't wait to get there.. hope it doesn't change much by then. I'm now a subscriber to your channel, you earned that.

Use to walk in areas like this when my dad was stationed at Clark air force base. It was a while back, but what I most remember are the good times and generosity I had with Filipinos. I'm blonde haired and blue- eyed, but those are some of my favorite memories! Ive walked in many areas in the Philippines before and would have zero reservations on walking thru these areas. People are kind, curious - because most outsiders would not come there so its I think it shows openness and acceptance of others way of life. I lived in South Korea in the ’70s. It was only 20 years after the Korean war destroyed a vast amount of Korea's infrastructure. Still, I remember they built beautiful buildings and high rises with streets filled with businesses. That's only within 25-30 years, but I look at the Philippines. It seems worse than Korea right after the war. Why is the Philippines such a third world? Beautiful people though. I been to Philippine.

Maybe I'm too naive but from what I know of the Filipino people i'd be 100% comfortable walking through that. They are the nicest, happiest people I've ever interacted with.

And here in the U.S.A. all people got to complain about is the missing cheese on their burger at McDonald's. Need to learn to be grateful for what we have. These people probably don't think of themselves as poor. This is just their lives and seem to enjoy it. Cuz out in the world there are others living in much much worse conditions than these. and the kids are happy. Kids playing outside omg! Having fun outside!?!? Omg! Kids here Need to learn from these kids in knowing how to have real fun.

watching this from London. i've never seen anything like this before. it is hard to imagine the difficulties of life like this, in a place like this. everyone seems pretty content, and i guess if you've not lived in any other way it is 'normal'. those of us in the so called 'West', should never once again complain about anything. our 'first world problems' are what these people would die to have. God bless them all.

I walked through back allies in Cebu city and never felt unsafe. That said...it was during the day time. The odd thing I found in filipino men (the standbyes) is that they can be quite friendly in the day time when still sober, but can become a bit different when later in the day or evening they are drunk. Also, no matter how nice and friendly filipinos are, you do not want to pick a fight with any of them

Crowded but pretty clean unlike some other "poorer" countries. Its crazy how similar certain cultures can be yet so different. Cleaner, no one bothering you over and over, and no constant honking lol

I have been there. I spent 3 months there and never had any problems. My wife has family there so we spent some time with them. And as crazy as it seems, you will find some good food there, especially chicken.
