Congratulations on your channel growth. I was a resident of Tempe for 13 years. The activities you suggested in this video are covered in other videos by other channels. But with your real estate background, I think you can do some real interesting videos. May I kindly suggest doing short video on specific neighborhoods in Tempe. There's the old town Tempe area between Apache Blvd and Broadway, and Mill and Rural Road. Then there's the Kyrene district. Then there's Kiwanis park between Rural and College Ave and south of Baseline Road. Each of these neighborhoods has their own vibe. I would enjoy watching something like that. Keep up the good work!

Excellent! I was in Tempe in 2016 and had a funny experience--I was driving my brother's car and it broke down at the intersection of Broadway and Mill northbound. There was enough power in the car to steer it onto the first side street north of Broadway on the right. I had to stay with the vehicle for the tow truck. And when the truck picked me up and drove me eastbound on that street I saw a real charming neighborhood that had these trees that nearly covered the street from either side of road. It was quite an eye opening experience. Nothing I really expected because most yards have the desert setting with cactus. The point being there's a lot of these subtle nuances that I noticed in the Tempe neighborhoods. They each have their own charm. Tempe Lakes neighborhood, etc. Anyway, you got the idea. We've been to "A" , south mountain and on are about may 22 to 25 we will explore more mountains 😂😂😂, can't wait for family to have some fun after my Oldest Granddaughter Highschool Graduation 😀😀❤❤❤
