In my opinion the diving headbutt is better than drop kick because it often dodges dropkicks which most people use and gives you an easy knockout

What I do is hold enemies by their head and beat them up with the other hand. You gotta be cautious when to lift them up and headbutt or punch them since the knockout mechanic is kinda annoying
