I can't afford nutrifol, but I use the ordinary hair serum. I have noticed a difference. I use castor oil once a week like a mask. The scalp massager is so great. I use the Bodify hair powder...love the sponge application, and it's not messy! Living proof is my favorite volumizing product. Great video. How about a video on body care? All the new retinol body products....so confusing....

So the cheap secret I found was to take any hair serum, I use Haielle, and mix with a couple of drops of rosemary essential oil. You can use it on dry hair or wet. I put mine in at night while I am sleeping. It will give instant volume, as it makes the strands thicker. Totally natural. All those products you show are great, but not everyone can afford the cost of them. Nutrafol is also expensive. I used Viviscal Pro for over a year and no results. It was also expensive. I love hearing what everyone is using and what kind of luck they are getting.

Lots of leave-in products can also weigh the hair down so getting volume from the rosemary oil that you still wash out in the end, is great as it doesn’t make the hair flat. I also love how rosemary helps hair growth

About the hair, rosemary oil is a must! Studies show it’s even more effective than minoxidil. It’s amazing I can attest to that! It was my dermatologist who told me to try it. So happy I did. Love your hair just beautiful!

@@Ketovore-Karen absolutely! I like the brand Mielle because it’s already mixed with a carrier oil. If you buy straight rosemary just mix it with another oil because rosemary can burn without being mixed with another oil. Just apply to the areas and rub it in and let it sit then wash like normal. Being 3 years post menopausal it has helped tremendously. You can find the brand I mentioned at Walgreens, cvs etc. Best part for me is that it’s natural. I hope this helps good luck! 😊

I disagree with oils it only clogs the hair shafts. It’s what you put in your body. B vitamins, more protein, more healthy fats, silica, beef gelatin or Knox gelatin, (can put both in coffee) , eat healthy. Diatomaceous earth for silica (1tsp in coffee 3 times a week). Vitamin c and zinc also help hair.

Biotin is my go to for my hair. I was loosing my hair at the beginning of menopause. 1 pill a day 5000 mcg does the trick for me and it is very affordable. My hair is back to it's normal density. Love your hair Dominique

My stylist advises to use a Sulphate free shampoo. It is the sulphate in the product that removes the colour that we pay so much for!!

I love to see how you take care of your teeth in the morning and at night. For example, what toothpaste do you use, any rinses floss, etc. that would be so helpful. I have sensitive teeth so I use Sensodyne and I use the one that protects my enamel and has gentle whitening. So that’s the kind of content. I’d love to see for future video. I used to enjoy restaurants, but came to the realization that it's impossible to be certain about the ingredients they are using. Laced with pesticides or inflammatory seed oils? Better to cook at home, unless you know the chef personally and trust her/him.

Have always had great hair but at menopause started noticing some thinning in front . Firstly important to nourish body from inside but I also made my own mixture organic castor oil , coconut oil , rosemary oil and starting applying it to scalp 2x week and massaging with same brush for 5 min . my hair has grown back plus my hair looks thicker and shiner all over . I’ve always used good shampoo from young as my Dad is a hairdresser .

I’d also be interested in affordable, flattering fall fashion. I’m realizing I can look at Asian beauty now at the affordable options after having six months+ improvements to my skin and wallet with the Asian skin care. I had purchased the scalp massager for my shampoo a few months ago from a mention in another Texas KZbinr’s video. Yes, on the scalp massage feeling! Know that there are typically two versions of these; hard and soft , and most of us want and need the soft version. Also, the teeth do wear off or break, so have a spare for the future.

My hair got thicker after I started taking a good fish oil a few years ago and mine is baby fine and thin. I didn’t have any to lose in the first place! Recently, I started using “it’s a 10 miracle leave in product” and it is doing a fantastic job giving me volume that last for days. I do like the Kenra 25 as well between washes. And I use the Madison Reed powder to fill in the spots that still need a little covering. It’s in a pressed,powder form so I just use a cotton ball to apply. But I’m going to try the Biolage shampoo…looks very promising.😊

Oh how I have missed your hair videos! I am 61 now and always had good hair but after menoapause and hypothyroidism, my hair has changed a bit. I too use to use Schwarzkopf and it worked for me. I have not had a lot of luck finding a good replacement. I will try your recommendtaton for my next product purchase. I am a healthy, clean eater and I take vitamins.
