お付き合いしている人(英語ペラペラ)に「Your pronunciation is not good🙃」と言われて以降、何もかもが怖くなりました…。 言語交換アプリで日記として残した時、色んな人に気にせず勉強を続けて欲しいと励まされましたが未だ言葉にするのが恐怖に感じてしまいます。 反骨精神で、とも思いましたが恐怖心に打ち勝つ事が出来ずにいます。 なので、今は千夏さんの動画観るのがリハビリみたいになってます😂
I came to New Zealand 4 days ago with working holiday visa and I realized I CANNOT SPEAK ENGLISH!! I was depressed but I was cheered up by this video. YES I did a lot of learning of English in Japanese school. I just didn’t output practice. Now I don’t hesitate to talk to someone and i wanna make a friend here! I will do it! Thank you Chinatsu san❤
Thank you for sharing your experience! So I’m 51 years old. I have started studying English for 8 months. Of course I don’t like grammar when I was junior high school student. Still now haha.. 😅but I want to be able to speak about myself in English. and then I want to help my American friends who are studying Japanese. I lost my confidence at an English conversation school, but I'll try a little harder to output.thank you for encouraging.❤
I would share the best tip for improving English speaking skill as far as I concern, which is you can do on your own. Read English books aloud as if you were the author of the books or you had written them. Read them as if you were about make your speech out of the books and every single word in the books were your own words. It sounds silly and also intense at the same time. But, believe me. It works. It is exactly the same way your teacher in your elementary school days forced you to read the Japanese language textbooks every day as homework. I mean, didn’t you all do that in the elementary school? That’s how you developed your Japanese speaking skills. It works in the same way for English as well. English books are hard to read? Start with picture stories just like you did when you were a toddler.
Thanks for sharing a fun video! I'm so curious where you picked up such a beautiful posh British accent? You live in Australia, so I'm wondering why..

Hi! haha I don't think I've got posh accent! I guess it's because I talk slow for the video.... so I sound a bit formal in some way...😏 don't know, you judge! haha
I totally agree with you. I also study abroad now and somehow try to improve my English and German speaking skills, but still I'm afraid of speaking with other county's people. I thought that was because of my passive personality, but after watching this video, it turned out that I need to get used to speaking more as well as reading or listening. I'll start by practicing talking to myself at first! Thank you, Chinatsu-san :)

Hi there! I'm really glad to hear that. I think... our mindset is a huge part of our language skills, when we are relaxed, we can be ourselves and speak naturally... as it happens in our native language... Good luck for learning German! Viel Erfolg❤️
Thank you for sharing your experiences about English learning with me. I want to follow the three things you have mentioned in this video. I also want to be careful of the balance between inputs and outputs and focus on using my own words. I'm looking forward to the next one. ご自愛ください☆ ^^

Thanks for watching my video ☺️ Yes, I think it's all about the balance... to be able to speak, we have to know some words... to understand someone, we have to know some words and understand pronunciations... Thank you! You take care too 💕
I wonder if this is the only channel that has beautiful english pronunciation, japanese and english subtitles. It's really helpful and valuable. Thank you very much.英語の勉強を0から始めたオッサンです。英語での投稿は不慣れなのですが勉強のためにしてみました。変な表現があったらゴメンなさい。
Beautiful pronounce but all sounds like ”whispering” no accent,,🙄

Wouldn't you mind if I request you? I would like you not to indicate Japanese subtitles. As you've already realized, for English learners, it's important/crucial to comprehend in English, to exclude mother tongue. Japanese subtitle would entangle my English brain. If it would be needed, it would be able to show (Japanese subtitles) by Google function.

Thanks for your comment! I'm making a video without subs at all right now. What I'm thinking is ,there're still subtitles available as CC on youtube, but I'm not gonna put them in my video as a burnt subs. Hope you enjoy that style! :)

@@chinatsu_the_emo 様 Thanks for taking the time to answer my inquiry. I'm very happy for receiving your quick reply. I'm sorry, I know the word 'CC' as carbon copy or cc = milliliter. Do you mind if I ask you. This CC in your comment, can I grasp as 'computer translated comment'. Is there any clear definition?
@chinatsu_the_emo Жыл бұрын
Sorry! CC means captions! Closed captioning!

@@chinatsu_the_emo 様 Thank you for your reply (definition) comment. I'd apologize to you for having referred as my personal dictionary. It's my pleasure not only your humble/serious response but also even if you'd neglect or do as you like on your whim.

Dont put Japanese subtitle on your videos. Your pronuciation is perfect and your stories are also great. But if you put Japanese subtitle on your video, English learner will give up to learn English. They've got to learn engli, it means they have to think everything in English.
@chinatsu_the_emo Жыл бұрын
Yea I agree. I'm making a video without JP /ENG subs on the screen right now. I'm just gonna put subs on KZbin ( CC feature on youtube), so I'll be able to get more audience from different languages too :) Thanks for your idea!

こんにちは。わたしは2年ほどオンライン英会話を利用していました。今も気が向いたときに利用しています。アウトプットの機会を得るためです。その際の話題として、自作したものを使うようにしています。例えばこんな感じです。 I learned how to use 'come with...' on the net this morning. It gave me an example sentence, "Does it come with soup?" I could use it at a restaurant. I think it's just a typical example. However, I'd like to make more fun example sentences. And I did it. It's in the skit below. SKIT A conversation between a still-single customer and a clerk at a real estate agency Agent: I recommend this house with an ocean view. Customer: Great! Um. Does it come with a lady who could be my wife? Haha. I'm just kidding. Agent: Yes, of course. On top of that, it comes with two children. I'm serious. We're having a promotion now. While making this skit, I hoped these four could live happily ever after.
