Wow it looks amazing but yes they need shade and seating plus lots of other stuff but it takes time to get it all done and I'm sure they working on it or hope so lol. I'm for sure going through. Thanks for sharing. I appreciate all the great videos yall share.

I have been to this park 3 times since it opened. It is a great theme park. There is plenty for a family to do. This is a theme park, not just an amusement park. Let yourself get lost in the story and you will have a great day.

Great coverage!!! Yes, more benches are on the way - supply chain issues! I wore a cooling hat on my last visit - I live 10 minutes away - and it was a lifesaver!

That drop tower has a preshow and nice que line. That was the biggest surprise from visit the park for me.

Around 11:58 you can see what looks like Construction in the background so hopefully they're putting in more rides and stuff because they need as many as they can and they really need to advertise to bring more people in the last thing I want to see is this part go on there it's beautiful

Looks really fun, the US needs more imaginative theme parks that aren’t Disney or Universal. I do believe, however, that it would’ve only benefited their theming if they had added more trees, flowers, shrubbery, etc to the surrounding area. The park itself looks beautiful, but the moment you look over the fence you just see miles of Iowa’s flatlands.

The water park is just on the other side of the main road, it is on the side of a hill, and the KOA is on top of that hill. The video just makes it look flat around that area.

If you make your way to Waterloo next year I would suggest buying the the two park pass, as you can ride the coasters in the AM and cool off at the water park in the PM. There is also the Isle hotel and casino right nearby. If you plan on staying over night you should go up US Hwy 218 north and get off at the San Marnan exit (about 2 miles north), take a left and you'll find about 6 hotels within spitting distance of each other. and there are plenty of eating establishments in that area also. As I live here I have no Idea of the rates at these hotels, just putting this here for info. If you're staying a couple of days, we also have three museums in the downtown area. the Sullivan bros./Iowa veterans museum, the Dan Gable wrestling museum, the John Deere downtown tractor works museum. we're the original home of the Deere tractors and still being made here.

I went there, they closed early at 6pm and was told by someone that worked there they are unorganized and they have closed early before. It's overpriced at $49 for literally nothing. Not surprised the park was empty and has been empty since they've been open in June.

I don't like the rides that spin that much either. It makes my stomach hurt. But, I definitely agree with Amy over how rides affect some adults more. My mom can only handle one roller coaster every one to two hours😂 I can ride them over and over for quite some time without it affecting me. Abigail15

Looks like it will be a good park once it’s completed. The rides look great! But they do need manmade shade until their trees establish. And covered benches scattered all over would be helpful for those who need to stop and rest occasionally like our family member with medical issues. I sure hope they didn’t charge yal full price for an uncompleted park. Looks like it will be great eventually. Thanks for the tour.

I've read that they have closed the park already For rest of season , that's a shame due to staffing issues and not getting the expected number of daily visitors .. very sad 😔. Hopefully IF YOU BUILD IT THEY WILL COME happens ...

There as not as much to do as SDC, though they are still building. Worth a stop if you are headed to or from the Dells (which is what we did).

@@TPF Lost island is Iowa's newest theme park but have you visited Iowa's oldest. Arnolds amusement park on lake Okoboji in north west Iowa is over around 120 years old with a coaster built back in 1930 thats still running today. Park is free unless you wanna ride rides i believe.

From everyone who I have seen commenting that has actually been to this park say it is worth the price of admission. Just the dark ride Volkanu they said was worth the price of admission
