This one is in Ft. Lauderdale. Lot rent is $1000 goes up around $50/year

The manufacturer if Jacobsen Homes. I've been happy with it. Hurricane windows, decent fixtures that you can upgrade easily. Mine was a resale so it wasn't new. But I really like it.
