It does make me wonder if introducing items to heroes to "bring them back" into the fold, like the radioacrive spider, there are 2 things. 1 - In this case, it lived this whole time in a vial? I know, comics. 2 - What if Peter isn't the same person. (Or others they are going to be looking for.) Not just getting powers but the point in time in which they are given/obtained as well could play a part. I'm sure this will just work out but makes me wonder.

I just want to say that I really want Earth 1610 The Ultimate Universe to return. And by the way Peter Parker in the Ultimate Universe got his powers by the bite of a genetically altered spider so it's not actually radioactive.

So, the names in that news broadcast... Are those the people who died in that attack? And May Parker is one of them? So, we've got Peter Parker who is already married with children, his aunt was just murdered and it wasn't his fault, and he hasn't been bitten by the spider yet. That's an interesting version of Spider-man.

Really didn't like the first run of the Ultimate universe...it just didn't make sense. 616 will always have the better stories imo.
