So much bling, and im talkling about the shoes lol. House is amazing for sure, crazy to see what you get for your money compared to here in the Seattle area. 1.5 get you almost half of that house.

Hahahaha... Those silver Gucci sneakers are a tad bit on the "obnoxious" side for sure. I even purchased matching leather silver laces to make it even worse! 🤣 Seattle pricing has been NUTS from where it was too!!! But to be fair, this house is a STEAL compared to what this design would typically run you in Las Vegas. More of a "needle in the haystack" type property.

Gorgeous home! Loved everything about it except the "garage door" next to the front door. Felt a little too industrious compared to the home. The pool looks amazing and the master bath is immaculate. Thank you for showing another great home.

I actually just checked out the tax records and it appears more to do with "corporate tax" reasons than anything else. If you look into it you'll see it's essentially the same "principles" involved, but under different corporate entities.

We got mention, the price does not include any of the wall treatment, pool, decor, furniture, additional dynamic lighting, or any of the electric upgrade. This is an at least $2 to $2.5M house. There are so many added feature here, to just fill it up from barebone to a nice looking house would be insanely time consuming and expensive. I actually do not look at home like this, unless i have the money to ask the builder to include everything in one price.
