I was today years old when I found out that IHOP is the International House of Pancakes...Whenever anyone said the International House of Pancakes or I read about it in a book, I think I read it in that book Hoot, I always thought it was an obscure chain with pancakes and like lots of flags from every country in the world hung up and possibly different regional pancakes. That idea is still so ingrained in my mind that I still kindof don't believe that IHOP is the International House of Pancakes.
