thank you for this video! It was great because I’m working with the same tools to build a similar setup. I have a question for the atem mini pro, how did you get the Mac Studio (or any MacBook Pro) into camera 4? I too would like to show websites. Thank you!
@Riversidefm7 ай бұрын
You’re welcome! I connect the Mac Studio to Studio display via Thunderbolt, then use the HDMI out of the Mac Studio into the ATEM. You can also get a usb-c to hdmi adapter if you’re already using the built in HDMI port.

Great video! You are one efficient human! 😮💨How are you able to get 1080p on your recording quality on Riverside? I connected my Sony ZV-E10 to my Macbook Air M2 with a USB-C cable, but it only shows 720p. I even changed the Studio settings so that it's at "Advanced Quality." But it doesn't seem to go past 720p.
@Riversidefm9 ай бұрын
Thank you! So the Sony ZV-E10 only outputs 1080p in "webcam" mode, or connected directly to your computer via USB cable. But you can get up to 1080p when you use the HDMI out port into a capture device. I use a BlackMagic ATEM Mini Pro as my video capture device, that's how I get 1080p

Wow, this is years of work. What use is the AppleTV or is it just for entertainment?
@Riversidefm9 ай бұрын
Sometimes it's helpful to capture the Apple TV as a video input, or I run the betas on it to see what's new in tvOS!

Is the black magic hdmi switcher absolutely necessary? Can you use the Elgato stream deck to accomplish the same thing? I assume you would need to use cameras that output via USB or use elgato camlinks. Thanks.
@Riversidefm3 ай бұрын
Yes you can use an Elgato capture card, or the built-in webcam utility of many mirrorless cameras. I use it to switch between my a roll, top-down camera shot, and a secondary monitor.
