Ultimate X-Carve Workstation

In this video, I build a Mobile Workstation specifically for the X-Carve and all the gear that goes with it. There is a custom built stand with swivel for the computer that controls the machine (plus a shelf for the mouse), a drawer for all the tools and bits, and a large shelf at the base for precut material. The height of the cart is the same as my workbench, making it easy to slide materials off the X-Carve for the next step of whatever project I'm working on. This cart can be easily moved around the workshop, making it highly versatile.

It's a CNC (Computer Numerically Controlled) milling machine - basically a robot router.

The X-Carve folks should commission you to design carts for them to sell....that is very well thought out. And I also made the mistake of purchasing a Chromebook years ago....can't scan from it because it's not compatible with my printer. Frustrating!

Chromebooks are basically running Chrome web browser only and all things run in that. It isn't a real lap top.

I believe there are ways to reflash a chrome book with Linux then you could run Linux cnc
