The playing positions in rugby have diverse requirements, the expectations of the big, powerful forwards are very different to those of the fast, skillful wingers. There is no direct equivalent of a quarterback who controls all his team's movements, so its hard to say one that one particular player is the GOAT. There are many who are considered very great payers in their positions on the field.

I don't really take note of pre-season, as it's just an evaluation tool to see what players can and can't do.

Great video, but saying England is one of the best rugby teams was a joke. With all due respect, All Blacks and SA should be at the top.
@UltimateBucketList3 жыл бұрын
I think England on their day could beat either of those teams and sensible non-judgemental people would say the same. They came out flat against SA in the last RWC final but that's an aberration.

@@UltimateBucketList Ok fair enough you said the most famous rugby stadium which nearly the same thing. But they are a long way off being the best team. That was an outrageous shout
@UltimateBucketList3 жыл бұрын
@@15briangriffin Is that so? England just beat the supposed #1 ranked team in World Rugby (and VERY fortuitous World Cup Champions, South Africa, England being the other contestant in the final), very convincing wins in the Autumn series against Australia and Tonga (no challenge there). Strong up and down the line 1-15, they have world class players on the bench too. If you believe the famously inaccurate World Rugby Rankings, England are #3 out of 110 countries. How is that a "long way off"? Oh and "most famous" definitely does not mean "best". Which paradigm of the universe does that 'nearly mean' it? I suggest you buy a dictionary for Christmas, and actually watch the Rugby being played out there before making sweeping statements about things that either nobody said, or that simply aren't true. #micdrop
