If that was done today, it would probably be behind schedule a year or two and over budget because of greedy hands skimming money from the budget and probably using cheaper materials because of the skimming.

In Portugal and another countries in Europe you are not alow yo drive like that. Ex right lane 90kph middle lane 100 left passing lane 120 just the example if you get cut driving 80 ot 90 on the left lanes you will be fined and should be like that in USA and Canada

Golden Gate Bridge is painted in roughly the color of the red oxide primer that was applied during its construction. Everyone just got used to that color to the point that nobody could imagine it being any other color so they just ran with that red oxide color of paint.
