Yeah 13 was a great improvement on 12 in battery life. Makes it better than any android phone at least in battery. 14 and 15 didn’t do anything much in battery. Just abit of pain to charge these iPhones.

Despite the downbeat nature of reviews regarding battery life, from what I've seen, there is definitely a good 10% plus efficiency saving over the previous two models. All of them, for relatively small batteries compared to Android, stood up well, and I feel unless you are gaming all day, then all of these will be enough for 90% plus of users.

@@sunilnathani3924 well first of all no iPhone has a 5000 mah battery, and as I said before, because the battery lasts all day you end up charging it while you're asleep so it makes no real world difference if it recharges completely in 10 minutes or in 5 hours, I would actually prefer not to have that fast of a charge to preserve my battery health.

Your term, "Incremental updates", is the way to go regarding this type of technology IMO. You save money if your device is still good, if it's not, a new one is like yours, except a bit better. A phone is a tool, at the end of the day, and tools need to be reliable and trustworthy, not gimmicky. I have an 11 pro and would consider purchasing the regular 15 over the Pro if it was ever stolen/broken/etc, but right now it's going fine, so I guess I can wait at least another year! PS: Great video, I would only add a standby test to it to see how battery percentage evolves. My old 5s would only decrease 3% while I slept, while my 11 pro loses much more.

As I understand, battery rated for XXXX mAh means "no less than XXXX mAh in 99.999% cases" - it means that it is not unusual for batteries to have a bit more juice than rated, which leads to results varying by a couple of percent easily. Capacity varies because of natural chemical reasons.

@@RyansTechReviews29 Well that’s not necessarily true because if you just look at the XS it was way better than the standard 11, probably the 11 Pro was more like the XS’s successor. But still the build quality, the use of materials was better on the XS, the screen was OLED, when on the 11 it was an LCD panel and only the Pro models got the OLED. The standard 11 was basically a rebuilt XR. Or the 8 is also succeeded really well in my opinion the 7.
