Absolute class interview....not the same old script, we spent 4 hours a day in the gym ..lived on protein shakes, chicken and broccoli to put on an insane amount of muscle in a ridiculously short period of time all without steroids we are told.....the whole cast looked good and natural...what most of us strive for...Great performance from Glen in the movie..

Most honest and accurate breakdown of an actor’s training and nutrition that I’ve ever seen. So refreshing. Would love to see more transparency like this in Hollywood. A lot of people watch these movies and aspire to achieve similar body composition’s to the actor’s portrayed on screen. Interviews like this do a lot of good in setting realistic expectations and putting an end to the mass of misinformation and smoke and mirrors of the fitness industry.

4:26 I loved that he actually talked about this. That shot of him flexing was to specifically show off his physique, so they worked out the chest and traps and he learned how to flex them in such a way to really show the muscles and vascularity. It's not talked about enough but almost any movie that requires an actor to get in shape will have some big scene where the character shows off there body. And of course a tan, good lighting and 6k cameras help the overall look as well.

@ogion5392 жыл бұрын
It's admirable to hear him talk about perfecting what is, a relatively, small portion of the movie. Small, yet memorable. You remember the beach scene and you remember Glen looking athletic and cool as fuck. There's something to be said about mastering your craft to such a degree that you give everything for what could be considered a brief moment. I think that's really the best part about this movie. You really get the sense that every detail of the movie was finely combed through and perfected. The editing, the camera work, the acting, the superb aerial shots. It's just a well made movie.

What a great trainer. I like his style of thinking it through on what is best on each person; a deeper consideration on the art of creating a beautiful body that has been hidden from use and knowing how to develop/bring forth a person's body by a creator, like an artist, who understands muscles/nutrition that will matche the person. Great interview. Love his passion of his art.
