can you advose a good medium size speed bag that does not deflate after every session and has a good bounce. Also, i would like to upgrade swivel on speed bag platform, can you advise me regarding that? thanks

+Mohit Kaushik hey check out gonzalez boxing google and you will get his instagram page. He makes super quality speed bags. Keep in mind alot brand of speed bags loose air from time to time. That has to do with the quality of the bladder. Over pumping the bags can cause it to loose air faster. As far as swivels i just use standard ones $20 id say is a good 1

To answer "Mohit" question, The new title "Genuine Leather" (They are kind of multi colored in "fall" colors), are VERY VERY quality pieces.
