The thing about this Ultra it's that it's overpowered, with skill, basically the other ultras are overpowered because they can get you into combos easily with aoe greens or any other dumb mechanic, but this gohan basically rewards you heavily for playing good since it doesn't have any cheesy mechanic other than his special beam cannon (even though it can be countered with tap actions)

One thing I have to get credit for is I like how brutal, savage, fierce, and beast-like they made his animations to really capture, manifest, embody, represent, encapsulate, potray, indicate, display, and depict the essence and spirit of the "Beast" conveyed and implied in Beast Gohan and the new sound effects are also really cool for Ultra Beast Gohan. I hope we get a ultra DBS Broly release in 2025 and give similar treatment to him just like Ultra Gohan. He's probably my most wanted Ultra at the moment and he's similar to Beast Gohan in terms of being Beast-Like with their savage, fierce, and brutal attacks and ferocity reflected in their attitude, personality, behavior, etc. like imagine it's Ultra SSJ DBS Broly with the epic and best transformation scene where Ikari/Wrathful Broly sees paragus dead and loses it with uncontrollable berserker rage/anger and transforms with insane and god tier animation and music and he has a synchro or active gauge where he can transform to Full Power or Legendary SSJ making him the first transforming Ultra and have a domain similar to Dokkan and he has 2 different unique ultimate animations he can draw from his main untransformed and transformed and a new unique gauge counter or ability where he does hand to hand melee and 360 spin beam blast clash attack with DBS SSJ Gogeta or he has a cool purple awakened arts card. I also want a new LF Enraged Buuhan or transforming Buuhan that starts out as Buutenks and has a absorption ability to absorb Gohan and transform, a transforming LF Janemba with his Raging Blast 2 and Budokai Tenakichi 3 ultimate with the breath cannon finsher, Ultra BOG Revival or comeback SSJ God-SSJ Goku with the I will not let you destroy my world moment for his animation, a Ultra Hakai Beerus, a new LF or Ultra LF Remake Father Son Kamehmahea SSJ 2 Gohan with god tier animations and an actual improved and new remade Father Son Kamehameha with an actual LF win screen where he's fatigued and out of energy and powers down to base and lies down in the ground smiling in triumph and that fight was finally over and the earth was saved after vaporizing and blasting the opponent away leaving a massive/immense crater with the devasting tremendous and powerful Kamehameha wave beam piercing and exiting the Earth's atmosphere.

@ I wasn’t really a fan of this release tbh because I didn’t want to see a another son family Goku or Hybrid Gohan Buff even tho Goku and Gohan are my favs, but his animations and sound effects are one of the things I like about him. I personally would’ve preferred a Ultra DBS Broly movie buff for part 3 Ultra release of this Fest here.

Man I like his ink art animation but I'm overall not a big fan of his art illustration with the super hero 3d style aesthetic, I prefer if it has the Legends ultra traditional shading also the fact that there’s no animated movement for the hair flowing or back moving bothers me since it just feels still and static and stuck in motions. I do like that they went a different angle and approach and did a cool pose of him showing his back instead of the usual ultra art facing forward.

19:32 Only way I’ve seen to counter the Special Beam Cannon is to hit him with an Arts Card in that brief delay before he can launch it. Once it activates the gauge resets to 0 whether it lands or not, but if he catches you with it in a combo it’s unavoidable

Guys the special beam Canon can be tackled. I did it in on my games against him. It is blockable to a certain extent.

I love how he works since be has no toxic guage he only blocks ultras, awakened, and RR which is perfectly fine with me. And he doesnt combo forever. I prefer a unit that does high damage and kills quickly vs one that combos forever and you will eventually die anyway it just takes 90 seconds to happen.
